Women of Worth 2026 continues the conversation started last year, this time through the lens of wealth. Not only financial wealth, but the confidence, choices, relationships, values and legacy women build throughout their lives. Through real stories from women across Glacier, the campaign explores how women define worth, how their relationship with wealth has evolved, and what they are intentionally building for themselves and those who come after them.

The ability to create opportunities for my daughter.
That is wealth, to me.
That which you have learned no one can
take that away from you.
— Zipho Mabindla-Mlisa
— Ilza Lötter
Move out of the shadows and say “I am here”.
I have the right to be recognized.
— Waldette Stoffberg
Choosing, rather than being forced into
things. Choice to me, is wealth.
— Ilza Lötter
Each conversation opens a different chapter in the Women of Worth journey. Through honest reflections, each woman shares how her relationship with worth, wealth, confidence and choice has evolved,  and what she is building for herself, her family and those who come after her.
New stories will be released as the series continues.
